📦 Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities → 3–5 working days
- Other Cities → 5–7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas → 7–10 working days
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. A nominal fee may apply for COD or lower-value orders.
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with your tracking link.
- Delays: Rare but possible due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events. We’ll keep you updated.
- Important: If your package appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@estheessentials.com
❌ Cancellation Policy Explained: How Does It Work?
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
- Partial cancellations (cancelling one item from a larger order) are not permitted.
- To cancel, write to us at support@estheessentials.com with your order number.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 24–48 working hours once the cancellation is approved.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Esthé Essentials reserves the right to decline or delay refunds if there is repeated cancellation history or misuse (e.g., bulk order cancellations).
